For your viewing pleasure we have posted Episode 1 of The Transaction,
a program about the genesis of Kodak's goal to find a Recruitment Process
Outsourcing provider in a record amount of time. Get to know the Dream
team of analyst and advisors that come in to help along the way and the
suspense and drama they go through.
So, what is The Transaction?
The project was born out of the need to share the sales journey between buyer
and provider in a truly unique and easy to comprehend way. We wanted to give an
insider's view of a real Fortune 500 buyer team from concept to vendor selection
to contract signing. We bring this view to our membership in a fun, inviting and
engrossing way. Think "The Real World" but simply substitute the slacker youth
for highly motivated strategic executives with a hyper-aggressive timeline and
minimal resources. See strategy and best practices in action and of course,
plenty of drama...
Why video?
In times that call for innovative solutions, we are proud to give you an innovative
way to receive industry insight. We've taken a step past the mundane Powerpoints and
whitepapers that are all too prevalent in our industry. We're excited to showcase this
content on OTV in video format, as it brings the process to life in a unique and
compelling way that acknowledges the complexities of outsourcing and the challenges it
