There are other limitations on transfer of data that apply in other jurisdictions and industries.  I'm aware of at least one potential mega-deal in the HRO area that was shelved largely because of the compliance challenges.   Are you finding that data privacy rules are materially limiting your transactions or are they simply imposing another friction cost?  How have you tried to deal with this issue?
