WOW that is a really hard question, not because there aren't answers it because there isn't enough information about you specific needs and how much risk you wish to allow. Brazil is on an equal par in terms of large to small, and niche/specialized/generalized services. Just remember big isn't always better, a recommendation is based on an opinion, and criteria is important for proper side-by-side assessment.
