Important member Update re: "Project Emergency Access"
What a trying week this has been for all of us. Chaotic and stressful for many...
even surreal for some.
If there was ever a time for a global discussion – for connecting, sharing, and the
support of a community of peers - now is indeed the time.
If you are like many of the OI members that have contacted me this past week, you are
concerned about the current economic environment. You are wondering where this is all
heading and what impact it will have on your company, your current priorities, and
even your job.

In response to your recent request and the current historic circumstances, I have given
my team the green light to open up our new premium portal to allow all members of the
outsourcing ecosystem around the world to connect and support each other.
No one really knows how this bail-out scenario will play out. Confidence seems low –
anxiety high. However, if you believe information is power, then help yourself to this

If you believe, as I do, that this business is just as much about who you know as what you
know then the prospect of tapping into a interactive network of over 70,000 members worldwide
should certainly perk up your Rolodex and your ability to power through this.
The innovative new outsourcing community and marketplace as well as the associated Premium
Access Membership subscription was originally planned to be completed by year end, to be
launched in January and to require a monthly fee. Our give back to the community – our way
to be there now when you need us - is to open the portal now to all –

until the formal launch in January.
Although all the aspects of the site are not yet complete, there are several features in
